The A Tempo products family was designed by Pauline Deltour for A di Alessi. The design plays with rhythm, movement and long pulled lines. Pauline Deltour used steel wire worked out as a graphic element and exposed thereby the aesthetic qualities of the material.

The results are unusual products with a new shapes and special visual effects. Through the slight standing rods, the A Tempo products look as if in movement. The steel wire thereby insinuates thereby a form that is weightless and transparent and that allows a glimpse to the content all the time.

Many of the A Tempo products such as fruit baskets, paper bins or dish drainers consist of glossy polished stainless steel, the fulfill out of thermoplastic resin.
