The bathroom-box by Alessi combines practical use with high quality develping and oprical brilliance. In this box, which was designed by the designer Piero Lissoni for the birillo-collection by Alessi, all small things like jewelry, nail scissors, tissues and wadding pads find their place.

The Bath-Box makes every bathroom more tidy and presents the tools in an ambitious design.

The Box is part of the bathroom collection Birillo, which was designed by the star designer Piero Lissoni for Alessi. Plain and beautiful, practical and bulky Birillo offers the possibility, to fulfil the bathroom and to give it an elegant and aall round harmonious appearance.

The bathroom-box convinces with its design, its elegant plainness and the characteristics, which lift the products of Piero Lissonis Birillo from the rest of the bathroom-accessories: Through the roundings on the floor, the storing areas are visible, the objects of the family seem to float on the flat aeas of the bathroom.

Designeable Piero Lissoni was inspired for Birillo by the shape of a rounded square, which evolve to different three dimensional bodies. The designer himself describes the shape as „imperfect square or totally missed round shape“. Thr combination of the materials stainless steel and plastic (PMMA) cater also for charming contrasts in optic and haptic.

Piero Lissoni was born in 1956 in Seregno, Italiy. After his architecture studies in Milan did he work as a designer for Molteni and Lema. In 1986 he founded in cooperation with Nicoletta Canesi the Milan studio "Lissoni Associat". Designer Piero Lissoni
