The Wadding Dispenser by Alessi ends the laying and scattered cotton pads!

The wadding can be stored comfortably in the wadding dispenser. This caters for more order in the bathroom and at both sides one of the last optical taints: The times in which the wadding pads lay in their shabby packages is over. Because Birillo presents the wadding now in high quality design of Alessi.

The wadding dispenser is part of the bathroom-collection Birillo, which was designed by the star designer Piero Lissoni for Alessi. Plain and beautiful, practical and extensive Birillo offers the possibility, to fulfil the bathroom and gives it an elegant and stylish appearance.

The wadding dispenser convinces alone or in an ensemble of the Birillo-collection with its soft design, its elegant plainess and the characteristics, which silhouette the products of Piero Lissonis Birillo from the rest of bathroom accessories: Through the ronuding s on the floor, the storing areas are not visible, the objects of the family seem to float on the straight areas of the bathroom.

Piero Lissoni was inspired by the shape of a round square for Birillo which evolve to different three-dimensional bodies. The designer himself explains the shape as „imperfect square or totally missed round shape“. The combination of the materials stainless steel and plastic (PMMA) cater also for attractive contrasts in optic and haptic.

Piero Lissoni was born in 1956 in Seregno, Italiy. After his architecture studies in Milan did he work as a designer for Molteni and Lema. In 1986 he founded in cooperation with Nicoletta Canesi the Milan studio "Lissoni Associat". Designer Piero Lissoni
