The German designer Constantin Wortmann likes to play with the notice of the viewer. His new candle holder for the Georg Jensen LIVING-Series is a typical example of his transformation vision: "The familiar silhouette of a conventional candle holder did I imagin with simple, organic curves." The solution is a candle holder, which seems to be melted, in which it exutes a flexible vitality, which is perfect through function. Because of its snail-like shape and power the obects gets its name – 'COBRA'.

"COBRA leaves the impression like the gravitation would float," so Wortmann. Placed single, it emanates a snail-like liveliness, while groups with two or more candle holders form a pliant, graceful candelaber. "And so many changes evolve, when the candle holders wiggle into each other."

The high-glossy stainless steel is requickened by the flickering of candles, which stands safely in the candle holder. A single candle holder conveys a cool and original statement. With the two-piece set you can create arrangements of susubtle humour, which play a key roll in every interior design/decoration.
