Alessi - Nuvem Wire Bowl

The Nuvem Wire Bowl by Alessi is another shapely and practical item of the Nuvem-Series of the brothers Humberto and Fernando Campana.

“Nuvem” means in Portugese "cloud". This overall theme keeps the series of house hold tools together and is also shown in the design of the Nuvem wire bowl: The bowl is made of many aluminium rings, which are interlaced tightly with each other.

The impenetrable and verworrene Design greift das Zusammenspiel großer Wolkenformationen auf und ist damit ein Beispiel für konsequentes, von der Natur beeinflusstes Design. Das Design und dessen handwerkliche Umsetzung sind ebenso rustikal wie faszinierend und machen aus der Nuvem Drahtschale von Alessi ein außergewöhnliches Behältnis für Obst, Gemüse, Brot oder kleine Gegenstände und Accessoires
