"Blow Up" Bowl

starting shot for the production of the "Blow-Up"-Series by Alessi occured.

The bowl (2003) and the fruit basket (2004) were followed by other objects: a centerpiece (2003), a underplate (2004), tea light holder (2005), a vase with glas pot (2005), a wall mirror (2005), a umbrella stand (2005) and a side table with glass plate (2006)

All objects together is the unmistakable handwriting of the Brasilian brothers Campana. The apparently random adjustment of the sinfle metal sticks, which remind of a spillikins-game, devoted the bowl, as underplate or a fruit basket. Interesting is also the lively geometric shade game, which emerges deoending on the light incidence.

As material for the "Blow Up"-objects chose Humberto and Fernando Campana mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel.

Besides the here offered bowls, also more products of the Alessi "Blow Up"-Line are available on request.
