Alessi - Cactus fruit bowl

Since 2002 Alessi produces the Cactus fruit bowl according to the design by Marta Sansoni. The mirror-polished and silver glossy bowl consists of 18/10 stainless steel and it is open-worked in an abstract pattern. This pattern was realized by an innovative laser-cut technique.

The „CACTUS!“ decoration is available for different articles for the kitchen meanwhile. The success of the fruits bowl “CACTUS!”, designed by Marta Sansoni, and especially the mirrored polished stainless steel fruits bowl of 2002 have led to a third colour with the help of Claudia Raimondo: matt black.

The Cactus fruits bowl is available in two sizes and colours:
One in a glossy, polished silver (high quality stainless steel) and the other one in the new matt black.
Besides the here offered edition (diameter 21 cm, height 9.5 cm), a larger fruits bowl (diameter 29 cm, height 10.8 cm) can also be ordered.

1963 wurde Marta Sansoni in Florenz geboren. Nach Abschluss ihres Architekturstudiums an der Universität Florenz arbeitete sie dort von 1990 bis 1998 als Assistentin von Professor Remo Buti und gründete später ein eigenes Designstudio. Designer Marta Sansoni
