The calendar classic from Moleskine now also in a DinA4 format: a lot of space to plan the week. It is available as a week and a day calendar for the year 2012.

The DinsA4 week calendar (144 pages) offers a lot of space in its vertical appearance, to plan the week: every day is divided in a 15-minutes tact, with a free area to insert notices and the month overview on every page.

The more detailed day calendar (400 pages) offers more space for notices, dates and special events. For every day it offers a DinA4 page and it therefore suits as a great diary.

The Moleskine books look back to a long tradition: since nearly two centuries the Moleskine notice-books serve creative heads, artists and thinkers like Vincent Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso and Ernest Hemmingway as an important companion for their thoughts and concepts.

Initially the books were manufactured by a small French bookbinder who sold them to interested parties in Paris – at that time the books hadn’t had an own name. In the 1980es the books were not available anymore.

In his book “dream paths” Bruce Chatwin talked about the history of his notice-book, who had the nickname Moleskine. Chatwin bought all books he could find of that sort afterwards. After the manufacturer stopped the manufacturing of the books in the year 1986, a small Milan company retook the notice books to the market in the year 1998 officially with the name Moleskine.

Meanwhile the name Moleskine became a steady brand. With this name different books emerge now, that accompanies people all over the world.
