Lighthouse lights the way by night

New designs shine a new light on effective oil lamps

The new series of oil lamps of the design company Menu with the mutual name Lighthouse - all come with a newly developed oil burner, that really casts out darkness. "This oil lamp does not shine with a little flame, but with a phantastic fire", says designer Christian Bjørn. The oil lamps of the Lighthouse-series are further equipped with a unique refill system, where the oil is filled in from the top, so the lamp does not have to be taken apart.

On the coast of scandinavia there are many lighthouses, that guide the ships at night. And these effectful Lighthouse oil lamps recall pictures of people on journeys and stories from far away countries. Lighthouse radiates a good atmosphere and can be used outside all year around.
