The Concave Watch 316 by Georg Jensen questions the traditional design of modern watches. Designer Nicolas Barth Nussbaumer designed with Concave a watch with a simple, exclusive shape.

Barth Nussbaumer says:

„I wanted to create a watch in which the body and the dial melt into each other and give the impression that they form only one sape. The needles are also created the way that they are in accordance to the concave contours of the form. Regarding the needles, I got inspired by the human eye and the different colour variations. Thereby, the concave shape becomes depth and a sensual quality.“

The watch is waterproof up to 3 bar, and resits against rain and water splashs. Nevertheless. you should watch it responsibly, so it will not get wet all the time. Otherwise, in consequence of getting all wet many times, the calf leather band becomes ugly and old.
