Fascinating how the British company Joseph Joseph succeeds continuously in re-inventing classic kitchen helpers, by means of simple, but genius ideas. The designers of the Joseph-brothers out of London worked a classic pasta roller in this case.

Whether pizza dough, cake grounds, biscuits, lasagna – times, in which dough thickness only depended on eye-measurement, have ended definitely. The wooden dough roll is delivered with three sets of removable rolls – it is also height adjustable.

Very delicate (2 mm), medium (6 mm) and thick (10 mm) are selectable dimensions. The plastic-material of the onsets protects the working board. The fixing is a screws mechanism. The ending displays a pretty colour-spot in a fresh green. Furthermore there is a practical measures-band printed on the wooden roll, so that the dough doesn’t get larger than desired, without losing thickness.
