Koziol - Mirco Straining Spoon

The professional chef Mirco Reeh was the example for the straining spoon Mirco by the German manufacturer Koziol. The straining spoon is adapted to the demands of a professional chef’s equipment and unifies clever ladle and sieve. Mirco has a playful appearance and displays a smiley face with the ladle.

The straining spoon Mirco consists of the resistant polymer PMMA and is heat resistant up to 220°C. Moreover it can be used in coated pans without any problems. One can fish everything out of the water with Mirco: vegetables, dumplings, gnocchi or also a lost receipt.
