How to separate yolk? More than anything: note the colour! If you want to separate the eggs yolk, please use this clever yolk separator and clip it at the border of the mixing bowl: finally a clean solution.

All you have to do is to insert the egg in the yolk separator and wait. While the yellow stays inside of the small kitchen aid, the white runs over the sides straight into the bowl. After a few seconds the yolk will be separated and you didn’t even mess up your fingers.
