The frying pan from the XO Collection from Eva Solo is a robust and professional pan in a distinctive and stylish design. The combination of stainless steel and aluminium enables outstanding fry qualities and with the Slip-Let® coating it can be fried with only a little or without fat.

The frying pan possesses an optimal warmth distributer so that the food is fried consistently on the whole fry space. The Blank frying pan from the XO Collection from the Eva Solo Blank-series is based on a multilayer technology in whit the great qualities of stainless steel and aluminium are combined.

With the help of modern technology a three-layer construction is built in which the inner and outer coating consist of stainless steel, whereas the core is made of strong aluminium. This enables an excellent warmth distribution on the base of the pan and its sides, moreover guaranteeing unique fry and cook characteristics.

All handles consist of cast stainless steel. They lie good in the hands and offer the complete control. At a normale usage on the stove the handles won’t get to hot, so that they can be touched without an oven cloth. This is not deemed to the usage on gas stoves or inside of the oven. The frying pans from the XO Collection are dishwasher safe.

The XO Collection frying pan is also available in a black colour. This variant consists completely of aluminium.
