Eva Solo - Cutting Board Set

The Eva Solo cutting boards were created by the designers from Tools Design with the aim to minimize the risk of bacteria and salmonella. In order to prevent bacteria and salmonella from spreading in the kitchen, you should keep and handle raw meat, vegetables and prepared food separately.

The three cutting boards have little symbols to show what each board should be used for: for raw meat and fish, for vegetables and fruit and for food like cheese and sausage.

The aluminium holder is structured in a way that the cutting boards don’t touch each other, so that bacteria can’t spread. The plastic boards can be cleaned in the dishwasher; the aluminium holder should be cleaned by hand.
