Koziol - Flipp Chopping Board

To avoid spilling around in the kitchen, Koziol has equipped its Flipp chopping board qith a practical folding-mechanism. The board is foldable in the middle so that the cut ingredients can slide directly into the pot or the bowl.

At the long grip, Flipp is easy to hold. Through slight pressure at the grip, the chopping board folds itself. In the emerging V form the cut elements are collected and can be lead into the pot, pan or bowl directly, without messing around.

The Flipp grip sits slightly higher from the cutting area. Ensuring that liquids like water or oils do not flow from the chopping area to the grip, soiling it or inhibiting its secure holding. The chopping board can be suspended after the usage through the holed at the grip.

To manufacture the Flipp chopping board, Koziol uses polypropylene. This is a plastic material that suits ideally for its use in the kitchen because of its high heat-resistance and the low water absorption. Another advantage: the material doesn’t blunt the sensible blades unnecessarily. While porcelain or also stainless steel blades affect, you can cut vegetables, fruits, meat or also bread without worrying about the sharpness of your knives, on top of the Flipp chopping boards.
