This newly garlic press is extremely effective and easy to clean – it can furthermore also be used as grater.

Riis revalues the conventional principle of the garlic press. The result is a slightly curved disc out of brushed steel. The board is covered with small holes that all possess sharp edges. It does easily crush the case of the garlic clove to take the best of it out. Simply place a garlic clove under the Crushboard and make slight swinging movements to press the clove through the holes and chop them thereby.

Crushboard is extremely weightless and cleanable under slowly running water wich a brush and a bit of soap – or after short rinsing simply place in the dishwasher.

Beside its function as a garlic press, the Crushboard can also be used as grater for nutmegs, citrus skin or chocolate when turned around.
