Thanks to its form it offers the optimal hold and leads the cheese to where it has to fall. With the integrated controlling function the 4Cheese Grater is therefore also especially suitable to prepare pizza, gratins and soufflés of every kind.

The designer Alejandro Ruiz designed the refined shape of the 4Cheese Grater for the company Authentics. The grater can be stored in a standing or hanging position.
