The practical XO Collection sautéing wok from Eva Solo appears in a distinctive stylish design and it possesses a flat base for an easy vegetables and meet stirring in the pan. The combination of stainless steel and aluminium enables an outstanding roast and cook quality.

The wok from the XO Collection from Eva Solo is based on a multilayered technology where the great qualities from stainless steel and aliminium are combined. With modern technique a three-layer construction is built at which the inner and outer coatings consist of stainless steel and its core of strong aluminium. This enables an excellent warmth distribution at the bottom of the wok and its sides what furthermore guarantees unique roasting and cooking characteristics.

The handle form the wok consists of stainless steel. It is great to handle, offering full control. At a normal usage on the stove, the handle won’t get to hot, so that it can be touched without an oven cloth. This shan’t be deemed to gas stoves or ovens. The wok from the XO Collection is dishwashers save.

Furthermore the wok is available with a Slip-Let coating.
