Tea stimulates body and soul. The noble drink found an exceptional teapot with Ellipse, fulfilling the highest demands regarding its appearance as well as its function. Ellipse by Mono embodies elegance, dynamism and innovation.

The Ellipse design by Tassilo von Grolman is unique in the world. The teapot is a heat resistant borosilicate glass with asymmetric form: round on the top, elliptic at the bottom. The silicone printed base protects and insulates.

The teapot has a capacity of 1.3 liters. Inside of it there is a fine-meshed stainless steel filter to brew up tea. The pot is closed with a stainless steel lid. Tea can be kept hot for a long time with the separately available warmer.

Born in 1942 in Iserlohn, Tassilo von Grolmann finished his schooling to become a machinist at AEG, before he studied industry design at the College for Art in Kassel. Designer Tassilo von Grolman
