New York has been designed by Henning Koppel for the world exposition 1963 in New York.

The transparent lines and the flowing, curved forms did not only bring huge remuneration to Henning Koppel, but has also been honoured with the ID Award, the highest design prize of Denmark.

The simple beauty of the cutlery is the trademark of the designer Henning Koppel at the same time, he is still today considered a design icon because of its silver made designs.

New York consists of stainless 18/8 steel and the matt edition of the cutlery does especially emphasize its simple elegance.
