The rules for dessert cutlery are uncomplicated and informal. Some desserts can be eaten easily with a spoon, others with a fork. Additionally there are personal skills of holding a piece of cutlery less complicatedly

The use of dessert cutlery is therefore handled very flexible. Among the mono-a dessert cutlery you find a dessert / soup bowl spoon, which ideally fits every dessert, as well as a dessert / pastry fork and a dessert knife.

Numerous awards and exhibitions in several countries made the mono-a cutlery well-known. Today it is the most-sold German post-war design cutlery.

Design: Prof. Peter Raacke

With the creation of the legendary cutlery mono-a, Peter Raacke, born in Hanua in 1928, made design history. Being a professor and lecturer at the universities of Darmstadt, Kassel and Hamburg, he has influenced many young designers. Designer Prof. Peter Raacke
