New York was designed by Henning Koppel for the world exposition in New York in 1963.

The clear lines and the flowing, curved forms did not only give recognition to Henning Koppel, but he has also been awarded with the ID-prize, the ultimate design award in Denmark.

The simple beauty of the cutlery is the trademark of the designer Henning Koppel, who is considered a design icon through its silver made shaping, at the same time.

New York consists of stainless 18/8 steel and the mat edition of the cutlery does especially reinforce its plain elegance.
