For the first time since 1972 the Love Heart Woodprint from Alexander Girard is available. The American Company Columbia Forest Products presents the popular Love writing on a formaldehyde-free maple plywood board.

The Love Heart symbol is directly printed on wood and delivered including mounting material, as part of the PLYprints series. An included distance holder allows a floating hanging of the plywood board at the wall. The vivid print ably mixes colours with the natural wood consistence.

Alexander Girard counts to the embossing figures of the American post-war design besides George Nelson and Charles and Ray Eames. Girard’s designs are still produced and provided by companies like Maximo, Herman Miller, Vitra and others. They haven’t lost any of their actuality until today.
