The publisher:
Charlotte J. Fiell studied at the British Institute in Florence and at the Camberwell School of Arts & Crafts in London, where she received her bachelor of Arts. After that she learned at Sotheby's in London. Peter M. Fiell did also learn at Sotheby's. He received the Master of Arts for Design at the Central Saint Martin's College for Art & Design in London. They work together in London as design advisors and published many articles and books about design. At TASCHEN appeared Charles Rennie Mackintosh, William Morris, 1000 Chairs, 1000 Lights, Scandinavian Design and Industrial Design A-Z. They are publisher of the six-banded series Decorative Art, which also came up at TASCHEN.
