The DC26 Allergy is a small floor hoover from Dyson with high suction power. With its awarded HEPA-constant-filtration the DC26 is ideal for allergy sufferers. Thanks to the Root Cyclone technology, no more vacuum cleaner bags are necessary and constant high suction is ensured. The telescope rod is individually adjustable, extra light and stabile.

For the best possible suction, the DC26 appears with three different onsets: the Dual Channel floor-jet is extra flat and possesses two dirt-admission canals for a better dust-removal. The nozzle is adapted to carpets and hard grounds. Furthermore a combo-nozzle (combination of dirt and brush nozzle) and a cushion nozzle are included in the delivery package. The onsets can be attached space sparingly and always reachable at the telescope rod.

The DC26 has a life-lasting, washable HEPA post-motor filter. This one was especially developed for the admission of microscopically small particles. The floor hoover DC26 Allergy is therefore ideal for allergy sufferers and asthmatics. For the power of the filter, the hoover has the seal of quality of the British Allergy Foundation (BAF) and the one from the Swiss Centre for Allergy, Skin and Asthma (aha!). The filters are washable and do therefore possess a long lasting.

Through a switch at the handle, the suction force can be reduced for the cleaning of curtains, cushions and carpets. The collection container of the floor hoover is transparent, so that you can always keep in mind its capacity. After the usage it can be simply extracted and fast and hygienically emptied with a simple button pressing.

While conventional hoovers are often blocked through dust and dirt, and loose suction force along the years, Dyson replaced the hoover bags by the Root Cyclone technology. This one ensures a constant suction power. Through the missing bags, also costs and waste are reduced. The filters of the Dyson hoover bags are furthermore washable and possess a long lasting.

And this is what hides behind the Root Cyclone technology: the scientists and engineers from Dyson discovered that a cyclone with a smaller diameter creates an even higher centrifugal force, and then used this principle for the development of a wholly new cyclone system: therefore the air is led through a large cyclone and then simultaneously dispersed on several smaller cyclones – therefore its name: Root Cyclone. The result of this pioneering technology is a significantly higher constant suction force and with it a considerably improved dust admission.
