The Flex Edge Beater processes all ingredients while mixing and simultaneously scrapes the rests from the bowl’s walls. It is an optional accessory for the Artisan Kitchen machine from KitchenAid and can easily be mounted at the head of the machine.

Until now the motor of the Artisan Kitchen Machine had to be stopped to free the interior bowl walls from dough and similar rests. The flex edge beater combines now the famous flat-stirrer from KitchenAid with a flexible beater. This snuggles itself to the interior border of the stirring bowl and with it ensures that all ingredients are mixed – wholly without having to stop the motors.

Through the automatic scrape out from the bowl’s walls while the mixing, you will achieve better, faster and easier results than before. Furthermore the flex edge beater makes an additional spatula unnecessary.

The flex edge beater from KitchenAid is made out of robust metal and is therefore suitable for normal and heavy dough mixings. After the usage the coated surface can also be problem-free cleaned.
