Eames Plastic Side Chair is a contemporary version of the legendary Fiberglass Chair. It was created in connection with Zenith Plastics for the "Low Cost Furniture Design" competition of the Museum of Modern Art's and was the first industrial made chair made of plastic.

The organic formed seat is linked together with the metal base with integrated »Shock Mounts«, which gives you a relaxing, and very comfortable sitting feeling. Wether in privacy, restaurants, waiting rooms, offices, conference rooms, or large halls, the Eames Plastic Chair DSX (Dining Height Side Chair X-Base) fits in all kinds of ambiences.

The Eames Plastic Side Chair by Charles & Ray Eames, out of the year 1950, is also available in other colour variations, cushions and/ or coated base variations for the outside use.
