The Geo Acoustic Panel from Offect is a weightless, sound insulating panel for high frequency noise (500 Hz and more). This panel reduces noise that is often received as disturbing source like telephone signals and voices.

All components of the product are marked with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel as they consist of recyclable polyester fibre. Each panel of the series Soundwave from Offect has different acoustic characteristics. The original has been designed by Teppo Asikainen in 1990. The new interpretation Geo came out of the Ineke Hans feather.

The wall panels can be combined flexibly and thereby individually adapted to each room circumstance, regarding the appearance as well as the acoustic demands.

All acoustic panels from Offect have been tested by the Swedish research institute for acoustic (test report P102366).

The Geo Acoustic Panel is also available in the colours grey and anthracite.

Ineke Hans graduated at the High School for Art in Arnheim in 1991 and at the Royal College of Art in Longon in 1995. She founded her own design studio in Arnheim in 1998, designing for manufacturers such as Swarovski, Habitat UK Ltd. or Royal VKB today. Designer Ineke Hans
