Driade - Tokyo-Pop Sofa

Driade Store produces the Sofa out of the Tokyo-Pop series after a creation from the designer Tokujin Yoshioka since 2002. The sofa consists of a polyethylene monoblock and is adapted for the indoor and outdoor use.

The whole Tokyo-Pop series consists of an armchair, the sofa, a Chaiselongue, side table and stool.

The Tokyo-Pop Sofa is available in five different colours.

Design: Tokujin Yoshioka

Tokujin Yoshioka was born in the year 1967 in Japan. He concluded his studies at the Kuwasawa Design School in Tokyo in the year 1989. He combines handicraft tradition with the usage of contemporaneous material and innovative techniques in his works. Designer Tokujin Yoshioka
