Discontent with the existing alternatives of the "room-greening“ the many times awarded French designer and architect Patrick Nadeau for Authentics designed a totally new, textile plantbag: Urban Garden. It combines the advantages of the hydroculture with the ones of the usual soil planting.

Hanged on walls or ceilings, the innovative plantbags by Authenics set a course. Seeral bags can be combined to decorative arrangements and break them down as floating walls of large rooms: in cafés and restaurants, office, lobbies, fair- and salesroom or at home in the conservatory, the kitchen and in the living room.

The plantbags are part of the innovative Urban garden-series, which the designer Patrick Nadeau designed for Authentics. The flexible bags of coated textile fabric are robust and functional, easy to clean and guarantees a long-time watering for all usual plants with also surprisingly new design.

The bags by Urban Garden are made of a robust, textile shell and a waterproof inside bag with integrated drainagevlies. The inside bag is filled with argil granules. The fleece chamber carries the plant with soil. The planted inside bag will be put into the textile coat. Through that Urban Garden can be used for all indoor-plants like kitchen herbs, flowers and room plants- also the ones, which already stood in usual soil.

The main advantage of this kind of the long-time watering: The fostering of the plants is more comfortable and cleaner. The argil granules save water, while the drainagevlies avoid stagnant moisture. A water gauge is including with every plant bag.

Urban Garden neither needs trivets nor cachepots and through the welded in- and outside bag the water can not run down.

The textile plant bags are practical, easy to clean and open a complete spectrum of new possibilities for the interior design with plants. Through hook-and-pile fastener on the handles, the plant bags are mounted on wall- and ceiling hangings by Urban Garden and bars. hooks, loops, joists or rails.

Up to five plant bags can be hanged under each other and make e.g. a room divider. Especially for Urban Garden designed wall- and ceiling hanging-sets extend the design range.

The plant bag by Authentics is also available in the sizes L, with a capacity of 9l. Also you can order the wall mounting and the ceiling hanging.
