Since 6 years, Glasnost is produced and in that time, he became a true classic. The innovative material, the high quality work up and the timeless design turn this mail box into a product with a long lasting life time.

Glasnost was designed by Peter Keilbach and in 2001 awarded with the Form design price. However, it is not only its look which is impressing and convincing: At all glasnost mail boxes, lots of emphasis has also been put into the acoustics design. The role model was allegedly the bass guitar of Deep Purple.

Installed in the entrance area of a house, glasnost says a lot about the people who are living there.
Glasnost.glass is the original. The name is at the same time also the concept of the mail box. Glasnost.glass is the first mail box on the market which has a front consisting fully of a frameless translucent material.

The pure, classic design is entirely emphasized with glasnost.metal in the completely stainless steel version.

Glasnost.wood is a real eye catcher. Due to the combination of larch wood and stainless steel, glasnost.wood wins over this strong contrast. The resin rich larch wood is perfectly suitable for outdoors. As the wood is delivered untreated, it can be varnished, glazed, oiled, or coloured. Your preference is determining. However, it can be recommended to leave the wood untreated because after some time a silvery film appears on the larch and the mail box gets a lively patina.

The writing of glasnost.mail is lasered and the inner front is covered with a transparent material.

A very useful accessory: matching to the glasnost mail boxes in the glass, wood and stainless steel version, a glasnost.newsbox for your newspaper is also available.

It is also possible to label the front of glasnost.glass and glasnost.metal with the house number, company- and family name.
