Unique design and functionality in one.
The multiple awarded designer Mikaela Dörfel was inspired by the famous Aladin lamp for the Bocina watering can:
The bolded lines let the magical bonds guess, but where high modern inspired. The watering can is thought trought into the detail. Through the pointed shape it is ideal for watering plants.
No handle disrupts the clear design of the watering can. The pouring basin lets the hands cover it. The thin pouring side is designed knowingly long and thin and guarantees a safe and non-drip pouting.
The Bocina watering can is besides functionality an absolute cult-object for friends of the modern interior design.
The Bocina watering can was awarded with the Red Dot Design Award 2008 and teh Good Design Award USA.
Mikaela Dörfel studied at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste industrial design in Hamburg, Germany. Since 1996 did she work as a free designer for many famous companies. Designer Mikaela Dörfel
