"Finally a chair of Jacobsen with 4 legs and possible armrests!", said in 1955 in the press, when Fritz Hansen presented the Series 7 by designer Arne Jacobsen. And this enthusiasm made so many people get to the Chair of the Series 7, that this one counts to the most sold chair ever with more than five million samples.

Enough causes to give this classic a matching seat cushion, thought the German business Hey Sign, where they found felt as a suitable material in 1999 and since then designed a considerable collection out of this also original and eco-friendly material.

The seat cushion for the Fritz-Hansen-showpiece is also made of anti-slippery-covered felt (AR) "made in Germany". The convenient material means high comfort by its heating qualities; and compared to the usual seat cushions, one won’t feel like a "Princess on the pea". Beyond that the inconspicuous cushion backs off optically and gets the undoubted unique appearance of the Series 7 Chair by Arne Jacobsen.

The felt-cushion is also available without anti-slippery cover and in other colours. Moreover there are also double-cushions available, with and without filling (two cushions sewn together).
