With the Luxmaster floor lamp, the manufacturer Flos presents a light with an adjustable beam. The turnability of the head and the reflector enable the beam orientation for 360°. Thus, according to the preferences the floor light can be used as a torchiere (indirect light) or as a reading lamp. The light can easily be regulated through a dimmer which is on the cord. Furthermore, the head is height-adjustable.

Technical data:
Injection-molded transparent polycarbonate (UL 94 V2) head. The reflector is made of die-cast aluminium painted through special high vacuum aluminization process. The base consists of satin-finished, zarpon-varnished die-cast zapak.
The pole is made of satin-finished stainless steel. The On/Off switch with the 0-100 % dimmer is on the cord. A transparent electrical wire is wound spirally around the pole. Unwound cord, length 200 cm.

Design: Jasper Morrison

Jasper Morrison was born in London in 1959, and graduated in Design at Kingston Polytechnic Design School, London (1979-82 BA(Des.) ) and The Royal College of Art for Post Graduate studies (1982-85 MA(Des.) RCA). In 1984 he studied at Berlin’s HdK on a Sc Designer Jasper Morrison
