For cartography fans a globe has major advantage over a map: it is area-, angle- and length-accurate. A map could never fulfil all these three features at the same time.

Our minimized, spherical model of the earth as an orb does not only convince people because of its cartographic skills, but also due to its “material mixture” and the clever double function.

The light globe "Earth" from Radius Design can be adjusted infinitely concerning the height. With a height of 90 cm or 180 cm and a diameter of 30 cm as well as with the combination of the materials steel, aluminium and high-quality plastic, the light globe can also be used as effect light. Functionally, the globe is so special because of its dual-mode map picture (illuminated: physical, unlighted: political).

The light globes “Earth” are available in both German and English.
