In 1998, Jasper Morrison created the Glo-Ball-Series for Italian luminaries producer Flos. The series includes in addition to the Glo-Ball ceiling mounted fixture which is introduced right now, the Glo-Ball table lamp, Glo-Ball Basic, the Mini Glo-Ball table lamp and the Glo-Ball floor lamp.

The globed formed lights shine in a diffuse light which is full of atmosphere.

The ceiling mounted fixture is available in two different sizes.

- Suspension lamp for diffuse light.
- Technical description: Diffuser out of layer opal glass, mouth blown with etched external area. Diffuser holder out of glossy white liquid lacquered steel cast. Baldachin out of 30% glass fiber reinforced, injection molded polyamide and ceiling holder out of zinc plated steel cast. Suspension cable out of steel.

Design: Jasper Morrison

Jasper Morrison was born in London in 1959, and graduated in Design at Kingston Polytechnic Design School, London (1979-82 BA(Des.) ) and The Royal College of Art for Post Graduate studies (1982-85 MA(Des.) RCA). In 1984 he studied at Berlin’s HdK on a Sc Designer Jasper Morrison
