Louis Poulsen Campbell 275 Pendant Lamp

The Campbell 275 Pendant Lamp is the result of the first cooperation from Louise Campbell and Louis Poulsen.

Campbell 275 combines a classic form with a modern twist: the pendant lamp possesses a double shade that collects the light in between both of them.

The lamp is made out of glass and has stripes that were made with sandblast. It is perfectly adapted for a low hanging on top of tables or in seating corners because its pleasant design and light, however, because of its simplicity it can also be used in conference rooms, private rooms or similar.

Louise Campbell was inspired by natural environments for almost all her lamp designs: humans use the sun as light source but they hardly ever glance directly into it. The light runs through many different layers before people use it.

As well as the Campbell 275, the light is not spread directly, but much more formed through both single shades furthermore reaching a special effect through the external stripes that help to create diffuse light.
