Muuto - Plugged Pendant

The Pendant Plugged by Muuto plays with every element, which a lot of lamps try to hide.

So a lamp is created which lifts off from the usual lamps.

A highlight is the use of the usually totally missed space between the lamp shade and the ceiling, which is defined by the flashy design of the textile cable of Plugged.

Plugged will be mounted with a thin wire on the ceiling, that's why the more flashy cable wiggles around the wire. Just like the name announces is shown: The lamp is plugged.

Actually classic and more static in the Bauhaus-style, a very dynamic appearance is create which is underlined by the asymmetric, side-lit insert of the cable in the lamp shade.

The concave shaped diffuser caters that Plugged seems anti-glare and with a view into the lamp you will be surprised!

Be duped by the Swedish design team Ridderstråle & Broberg – the both are known for the addition and the improvement of a little bit of joke and understanding in the core of rational designs.

The white version is also available with a green textile cable.
