Holmegaard - One Pendant Lamp

With One, Maria Bernsten created a minimalist and simultaneously futuristic lamp out of glass, whose design mirrors the essential form of a lampshade.

The One Pendant Lamp from the Danish company Holmegard is made out of one single piece of mouth-blown glass. The opal-coloured version hides the bulb inside.

As small refinement, Maria Bernsten equipped the suspension lamp with a small curvature at the lower border to recreate the winding form that the illuminant uses to spread under the lamp.

In less words: One is the Pendant Lamp of a traditional basic form of a lampshade that reinterprets a minimalist and straight-lined design.
