OlympiQ from Safretti is a practical grill or an elegant fireplace. With only few handles it is possible to transform OlympiQ and to adapt it to your desires. The grills’ technology was coined by Philips, its design by Frans Schrofer.

Behind OlympiQ from Safretti stands the idea of combining maximal user friendliness with aesthetic pleasant appearances. The result of this philosophy was a high quality and modern product that is similar to a flame in its form. Therefore the name OlympiQ reminds of the famous Olympic flag.

OlympiQ is buildt around the “Woodstove” from the Philips Company and possesses a high efficient wood burn technique. With the help of a button at the front side you can control the ventilator from the inside and with it regulate the speed of the wood burning process as well as the temperature from the grill. With its efficient technology initially the grill was developed for the town popularization in India and Africa.

If you want to use OlympiQ as fireplace it runs with ethanol. In this case you only have to insert the ethanol burner into the upper panel and light it. If you want to use OlympiQ as a grill or wok, employ the filled wooden oven and place then the upper panel on it.

Lay a few pieces dry wood into the burning chamber, but don’t fill it more than its half. Now you can light the fire. Grill panel and wok are simply laid on the upper frame of OlympiQ. With the help of the red button at the front of OlympiQ you can control the integrated ventilator and with it the temperature of the oven.

The body from OlympiQ consists of powder coated aluminium, burners and lids made of brushed roost-free steel. The oven panel and the wok insert are made out of teflon-aluminium. The wooden insert as well as the ethanol burner are extractable.
