In 1974 the designer Peter Holmblad created this bottle opener for Stelton. Due to its simple elegance, the bottle opener from the Stelton Classic-Line used to be modern and even today, it is still up to date. The high-quality material stainless steel, of which this opener is made, grants you a high durability and a great pleasure for a long time.
Since 1960 the company Stelton aims at producing high-quality tableware and serving utensils made of stainless steel. For that, Stelton was awarded the Industry Prize from the Danish Society for Industrial Design several times. Moreover, many Stelton products are currently exhibited in museums, e.g. the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the British Museum in London and the National Museum for Applied Arts in Munich.
Peter Holmblad was the managing director and owner of Stelton till 2004 and together with Arne Jacobsen, he developed the Cylinda Line. Designer Peter Holmblad
