The double walled drinking glasses Pavina have been designed by Masato Yamamoto for Bodum. The drinking glasses are available in three product lines: Canteen, Pavina and Assam. The glass series Canteen and Pavina were honored with the Red Dot Design Award. Their size makes these stylish glasses ideally adapted for the adapted consuming of hot Latte Macchiato.

These double walled glasses offer several advantages contrasting normal, one-wall glasses:
- Hot drinks can be held in one hand without becoming too hot.
- If there are cold drinks, no condense water will remain on the surface.
- The drinks will remain hot or cold longer that one-wall glasses

Maybe the inventor was inspired by the imagination of letting wine float. The double walled drinking glasses by Bodum are a further way of letting drinks “float”.
