Alessi - Ovale Dessert Bowl

The Ovale dessert bowl is part of the eponymous dish collection that has been designed by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for the Italian manufacturer Alessi in the year 2011. The name says it all, all products of the wide collection have an oval form. The oval collection was the first common project of Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec and Alessi.

The Ovale dessert bowl is suitable for desserts such as ice cream or snacks as well as to serve or as fruits basket. The bowl consists of clear stoneware which is ovenproof and microwave adapted. Therefore also warm meals can be prepared, heated and served in the bowl. The Ovale dessert bowl can also serve as simple decoration element on the friendly served table.

The Ovale collection from Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec and Alessi was honored with the Design Plus Award 2011 because of the classic and modern design. Further plates out of the collection from Alessi are available on demand.
