The Kettle flask, designed by the Danish studio Norm for the manufacturer Menu, unifies two distinctive design philosophies: Japanese, Zen-inspired desire after a most simple expression and a modern Scandinavian focus on functionality.

Tests had for results that the Kettle flask keeps its content efficiently warm for hours: In a 24°C warm room, a 95°C warm content of a full flask will still have a temperature of 78°C after 6 hours. An elegant steel display tells if the flask is opened or closed. The materials are a composition of synthetics, silicone and stainless steel. The insert consists of glass.
