Foix is a shining polished, round tray made of stainless steel with decorative knittered edges on the border.

The Spanish designer Lluis Clotet was fascinated by the knitteres shapes, which aluminium foil gets when you treat it a little ungentle. The playful folds and the with that connected reflections of the chimed in light inspired him for the design of the border of Foix, in which he included come of the elevations.

In the middle of the tray is a flat area for the transport or the appealing presentation of the wished objects, while the knitted-seeming frame caters for the optical alternation and movement.

The Spanish designer Lluís Clotet was born in Barcelona in the year 1941. He got his degree at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura in the year 1965. The studied architect Clotet did also work as a designer along the years. Designer Lluís Clotet
