With the Catalyzer by Ava Solo, wine can ripe while it is poured: because the catalyzer offers a completely new and unique method that unfolds the aroma completely without adding oxygen.

The magnet system of the catalyzer emphasizes the whole flavor and the bouquet, and it alleviates the acid: because the magnetic fields break the water barrier around the aroma so that these ones are freed. At the same time oxygen gets into the wine. The slow pouring of the wine moreover keeps its freshness and the whole taste.

The catalyzer is part of the exclusive wine series by Eva Solo, which was designed by the Danish design team 3Part in the year 2011.
