It is amazing, how much a daily wine wins if you decant it in a carafe. That's why it is more important to "open" a year wine, so it can release all its characteristics.

The designer Louise Christ Frederiksen - creater of the new Menu-Wine Carafe - gave the carafe a wide floor, because it is neccessary to decant the wine in rotateing movements.

Plain and stylish wine carafes in best Scandinavian designtradition. The wide floor offers an effective decanting of the wine. The balance and the ergonomic design are brilliant.

The carafe lays good in the hand, if you like to told on the neck or rather on the bottom. The accurate worked pouring frame avoids the building of drops. The metal frame made of stainless steel can be removed from the glass part, which helps to avoid the bacterial contamination in the interspace of the materials.
