The wine thermometer by Menu provides you wine with the perfect temperature and taste. Its handling is extremely simple: you just put it around the bottle like a belt and then you can detect the temperature by reading the display.

The insulating aspect of the bottle, of course, has been considered in the measuring process. Moreover, the thermometer is extremely robust and can even withstand being dropped.

This product was designed by Jakob Wagner, who has also developed, for example, the foil cutter for Menu.
The shape-language is simple and elegant.

I wanted to design a wine thermometer that could be used by everyone without looking like a professor in a laboratory.
With this wine thermometer, which comes along completely without knickknacks, everyone will control the wine's temperature easily and uncomplicated. Jakob Wagner

The wine thermometer consists of black rubber, a steel edge and a digital display. It belongs to Menu’s novelties in 2005.
