The Officina Alessi Corkscrew collection includes the most sophisticated, through thought, experimental and innovative products from Alessi. A refined design full of expressive intensity has been created for Officina Alessi, by the Netherlands architect Wiel Arets with the Screw.it Corkscrew. A special aura of easiness (regarding the design) and strength (of the material) characterize the product, as well as the total work of the architect.

The corkscrew Screw.it shows the typical elements of the planning approach from Wiel Arets: especially his balance desire for the single pieces, but without being minimalist on a devaluating way, also the inclusion of a high level of intellectual complexity, but as a total he attaches importance to formal concreteness and simplicity.
